The “Bed & Breakfast A Casa di Lia – Home in Rome” features comfortable queen-size bed, private en-suite bathroom, hair-drier, electric fan and central heating. Cleaning, clean linen and towels are provided at any guests’change and every three days. On request, it is possible to separate the bed or add a smaller bed.
The view from the windows is over the tree tops of the gardens and the surrounding houses.

A door separates the B&B from the rest of the penthouse where Lia lives with her family and her pets: you can keep your own privacy and feel “at home”. The B&B provides friendly, live, artistic and charming environment. You will have the information needed to ensure that you will enjoy your Roman Holidays. Lia speaks Italian, English and some Spanish and French.

Breakfast: The Italian continental self service breakfast – expresso, coffee, cappuccino, tea, croissants, toasted bread with butter and jam - is available until 10.30 in the breakfast room, where there is a refrigerator reserved to guests. You can help yourself and have a hot coffe or tea also at different times.
Lia’s Cats and Dogs: the cats, even if they live in the private part of the house and don’t go in the B&B’s area, might cause reactions in case of severe allergy to cats’hair. Sometimes you may meet Gordon & Indy when they go out for a walk.

Check-in: there is not a reception service available 24 hours a day and check-in is on appointment only. You are kindly requested to communicate your time and place of arrival a few days in advance and send Lia an sms to let her know you arrived in Rome. Please call her if you will be late. During working days, check-in usually starts from 3:30 p.m., always on appointment. If you like, you can leave your luggage before check-in time at the Concierge (Portiere) of viale del Vignola 75, and give him a tip. Check-out: by 11.00 a.m. If needed, you can leave your luggage in the breakfast room of the B&B and come later to pick it up.
Price: the prices starts from a min. of 60 € up to a max. of 90 € (single-use) and from a min of 80 € up to max of 120 € (double). Payment:  is in cash on arrival. Credit cards and cheques are not accepted.
